EMIM’s goal is to provide high-quality bridge management services for large instances that support all applications, platforms and infrastructure in production and non-production environments. By reducing renewal time and business impact, we can move to more active bridge operations. We coordinate the solution of critical issues, facilitating team decision-making, communication at all levels to ensure transparency and increase team cooperation and trust.
Basic Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing key team initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of key requirements that require design/development support. Act as a liaison between operations and development teams to deliver valuable enhancements and new tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve work quality and efficiency. Participates in the development of work methods and procedures for the production and service support function.
- Ensures all storage systems are up to date. Leads and supervises team work on a regular basis.
- Monitors resource quality by reporting on trends, issues and achievements.
- Raises questions and concerns as needed. Implements production assurance practices and directs team members as needed. Understands the activities of EMIM and can talk about its processes and procedures.
- Able to effectively communicate key initiatives and important events to various audiences, including executives. Effectively presents EMIM during retrospectives and post-event reviews.
- Promotes the use of technical subjects and skills to advance the design of technical solutions and improvements.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
- Requires knowledge of multiple business and technical environments covering various business functions and capabilities.
- Previous work experience in the IT sector, including system development tasks
