What you do:
Financial management
Prepare, manage and control the program budget. Provide estimate/budget inputs for Business Cases, Annual Operating Plan AOP/Long Term Plan – LRP. Track software delivery schedules and costs. Plan ROI for future programs.
Program evaluation
Evaluate and determine the resources needed to successfully complete a project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks to the successful completion of the project.
Program monitoring and control
Monitor and evaluate project progress against approved milestones and timelines. Lead cross-functional and/or cross-pillar coordination meetings to assess schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key project dependencies. Take the necessary steps to redo the program in the event of failure.
Business
Consider key stakeholders and their priorities. Participate in a business task to get things done in your unit or region. Communicate key aspects of the business decision making process. Comment on the organization’s business model and financial goals. Give examples of information needed to make sound business decisions
