The ideal candidate will have experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, and  the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. They are independent, proactive, well organized, and have unwavering attention to detail. They can also  prioritize their  work, communicate effectively and represent their work to key stakeholders. And of course they have  passion and enthusiasm for the game.

 NOTE. This is NOT a  position to write the content of the games themselves, but a presentation of the user interface of the games on Netflix.

Responsibilities:

•  Initiate, define and manage new content design projects from concept to completion in the game production area. – Collaborate with other designers (content, visual, interactive, motion) and prototypers to explore and develop how gaming experiences are presented on Netflix.
• Write UI UX copy for Netflix product and plan content strategy to present game information  on Netflix.
• Conduct research for A/B testing and qualitative research, using data to inform content design decisions that  engage  and retain viewers.
• Document language and word choices according to design specifications following the games existing vocabulary and style guide.
•  Adding and modifying the existing game dictionary and style guide as needed.
• Present content design work to key stakeholders, team members and other content designers and writers for input and feedback.
• Define content design workflows and work parameters  to initiate and execute discussion.
•  Standard:
•  8 years of experience in content planning, content strategy and/or UX writing.
• A storyteller at heart, able to create and orchestrate coherent stories around product touchpoints.
•  Highly organized, attention to detail, able to effectively prioritize and respond  to the changing needs of the team.  Comfortable with ambiguity, managing decisions and outcomes from design to completion.
•  Ability to collaborate with designers and researchers to improve and define a strong product voice and  specific message.
•  Experience in developing planning systems and language frameworks or rubrics.
• Interact productively with visual thinkers and feel comfortable defending your vision in our open, feedback-driven culture. -Proactive self-starter who can cope in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Positive attitude, especially when  responsibilities and workflows change.
• Experience working with large cross-functional teams to increase efficiency.
•  Enthusiasm and passion for gaming and bringing Netflix games to members  around the world.
•  Knowledge of interactive or gaming content is a plus.

2. When a question is asked to you by Interviewer. Listen to the question properly and take 2-3 seconds, then start your answer. Keep the length of your answer short and try to raise your point in that short answer. It happens most of the time when you do not know the answer. In that condition just say ‘Sorry Sir/Ma’am’.
3. Do not make your face awkward and do not swing your hand many times in the air.
4. Your dress needs to be neat and clean. It does not mean you should buy new clothes.
