Capture and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com and other data management/BI systems. Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements and system adjustments to meet business requirements. Perform data management and price calculations to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Interpreting complex pricing agreements and determining the pricing structure. Provide monthly invoicing, variable reconciliation and communication with sales, finance, customer support and accounting teams. Review data from other analysts, perform data management and price calculations. Act as a subject matter expert and provide a mentor. Lead and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy of current billing processes. Represents the team in larger cross-team initiatives, including supporting the requirements gathering phase through project initiation.

 BASIC STUDIES

Requirements for the position:

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or  related field or equivalent foreign education and four years of work experience in the  offered position or in a related field.
• You must have two years of work experience in the following skills: accounts payable and receivable; translate financial contracts and contract language into business requirements; ownership of financial distributions; assemble large data sets;  data analysis with Excel; and training of youth team members.
