Full Job Description:

Cabin Experience Agents  work shifts 20-40 hours per week. Duties include bending, stooping, twisting, standing and walking. Duties are repetitive, such as cleaning and searching aircraft and working in confined spaces and on your knees for long periods of time in the aircraft cabin. Sometimes these missions are conducted in severe weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, to name a few).

  Summary of Responsibilities (does not include all duties):

•  Clean, disinfect and safely equip the aircraft cabin, including all cabin seats, galleys, lavatories, crew rest areas and cockpits.  Lift and carry cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies required for  aircraft maintenance.
• Conduct a security check of the aircraft in accordance with applicable safety and security procedures and regulations. Drive and operate ground equipment such as delivery trucks, trucks and forklifts in high traffic areas.
• Maintain aircraft lavatories in accordance with applicable safety procedures.
•  Bend and lift several times to clean and/or search all necessary areas.
• Use electronic equipment and computers to ensure aircraft are cleaned and searched  to  required standards.
• Practice safety conscious behavior in all work processes and procedures.
