Obligations

•  Assess customer needs  and provide collaborative solutions to the team
•  Provide analytical support and data mining by extracting data  from various databases
•  Document findings, workflows and ideas
•  Ability to meet deadlines
•  Assist with training seminars and product demonstrations for small and large groups
•  Represents the technology team on behalf of the purchasing team during the  development phase
•  Brainstorm with the technology team to integrate  solutions into our systems
•  Perform system functional tests and test scenarios
•  You have the option to rotate if necessary

 Job Description – Requirements

•  Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:
•  The functions of Microsoft Excel correspond to the description found on the Excel website
•  A Microsoft Word experience that mirrors the Word website description
•  Microsoft Outlook capabilities as described on the Outlook website
•  A problem solver
•  Analytical thinker
•  Number crunching
•  Collector of knowledge and information
•  Oral and written communication

 This is a plus:

•  Experience  working with SQL
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
•  Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, UI/UX practices or wireframing

The Assistant Manager position is an hourly store management position. The working week is usually0-8 hours. Typical opening hours are 8:00-17:00, the store is closed 2 nights a week and open every other Saturday.
