Full Job Description:

The Netflix Application Security teams  are responsible for securing the software footprint we’ve established to run the Netflix product,  Netflix Studio, and the enterprise. We have previously invested in the idea of ​​strategic security partnerships and engineering investments to expand our application security program. As Netflix’s business and engineering  has grown, our software footprint has also  become more heterogeneous. We are now increasing our security partnerships and engineering investments with a larger investment to serve the Appsec professional services charter (eg, bug fixes, pre-testing, product security incident response, threat modeling, security audits and developer security training).

We are looking for an Application Security Engineer to join the newly formed Appsec Audit and Assessment team. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams that build software to support the Netflix product, studio and enterprise to deliver critical Appsec services. We are looking for people who are passionate about practical risks, continuous operational improvement and customer-centric information security experiences.
