Full Job Description:

 What you will do… 

Provides customer service by handling and answering customer inquiries (eg phone, radio, in person); developing solutions for requests and suggestions; assisting customers with special requirements;  fuel price negotiations; access control crawl space; coordination of vehicle escorts with the security team; and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces. Coordinate ground support by being the point of contact for personnel (eg, crew, line service engineer, flight operations).( coordination); ensuring that orders are fulfilled according to specifications; determining haulage and availability; arrange services after business hours asking; ensure the fulfillment of ground services (eg toilets, ground power plant services, de-icing); and creating a service request documents Maintains and manages accounting and prepares reports (for example, daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring accuracy of accounting; reconciliation and registration fuel tickets for internal and external customers; filing of invoices; balance bank statements and cash drawers; inventory tracking and maintenance;enter and document customer information and reservations; postal delivery; receive payments from customers; and record fuel delivery information adhere to company policies, procedures and ethical and fair standards  by implementing related action plans; using an open door policy; and their application in the implementation of business processes and practices. Accomplish work tasks and priorities  using policy, information and resources; collaborate with superiors, colleagues, clients and others business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations; fulfillment of obligations; communicate progress and information; defining and recommend ways to take advantage of improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, adversity and feedback.
