 Basic Responsibilities:

•  Entertainment Marketing. You will lead and execute unique and innovative campaigns for our Netflix original content and  other premium content, including liaising and negotiating with external talent  and filmmakers/presenters.
• Brand Marketing. You will develop and edit brand stories for Sweden and Denmark (as well as Norway, Finland and Iceland where applicable) in collaboration with our global brand team
• . Implementation of a broader marketing strategy designed to grow the business using market and audience insights, programmatic needs and brand positioning.
• Collaboration with Omni-channel Marketing Partners – Working with our internal partnership teams on name-specific activities with local telcos targeted for acquisition.
• Operational Excellence – Manages input and aligns with colleagues across a title campaign, including content, marketing, communications, advertising, business development, payments and other key stakeholders.

•  First point of contact for questions, identifying gaps based on escalation and creating training plans based on identified gaps in collaboration with the respective AP Regional Director.
•  Regular team meetings (ie “huddles”); frequent 1:1 with  Manila team and  monthly or quarterly synchronization with AP Regional Managers
•  Identification of escalations and breakdowns that the team presents to Regional Managers
•  Communicate personnel issues or concerns of the Manila team to the Regional Manager in a timely manner so that the Regional Manager can manage and plan for emergencies.

  Required skills

•  Experienced HR manager, preferably in an international company
•  Demonstrates ability to lead a diverse dynamic and talented team in a fast-paced environment
•  Understanding of US and international GAAP accounting principles
•  Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in reviewing and auditing billing and payment transactions that meet AP controls and SOX requirements.
•  Customer service oriented person with best in class focus on communication, detail and conflict resolution
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Management of Excel and ERP systems (work experience is useful)
•  Experience with ticketing tools such as FreshDesk or Zendesk is a plus
