Within Mall of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products is seeking an Organic Social Media Manager. Reporting to the Director of Organic Social Activation, you will help manage and execute our organic social media for Parks and Resorts. We manage all our activity directly  on several social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat.

You are a social media expert with special experience in managing organic programs. In addition to managing company-wide partnerships, you manage your social content strategy and editorial calendar. You’ll find powerful ways to continue to build brand awareness, grow your social following and  strong engagement across our platforms and brands. You will be expected to share platform and performance standards between business owners and content creation teams. You excel in an environment where innovation, flexibility and testing are rewarded.

You will work with our wider social activation team, strategic planning and integration team and creative teams to drive campaigns that complement other paid media and content strategies.

 You do the following.

•  Be an authority on the latest social media tactics and platforms, including  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and other standard business processes.
• Develop and implement proprietary organic social media strategies across multiple platforms
•  Create and manage editorial calendars
•  Lead  social media synergistic collaborations for the brands you manage
•  Create presentations and present findings, insights and business recommendations to executives and other key stakeholders
•  Collaborate with partners, management and teams to create processes that further improve efficiency and effectiveness for key stakeholders

 You have:

•  3-5 years of  social media experience
•  Experience representing the brand, understanding the voice and tone of the brand, creating brand desire
•  Experience implementing and creating organic strategies on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter
•  Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time
•  Enjoy working with team members at all levels, including senior management
