•  This job is a member of the Cockpit Support Engineer team in the Integrated Operations Department. Responsible for  maintenance and operational technical support of aircraft and related equipment.
• This role also establishes  aircraft and component standards and helps maintain them within areas of responsibility.

•  Investigates aircraft/component problems that may cause aircraft delays or cancellations, significant labor or material costs, or  maintenance disruptions and determines appropriate corrective actions.
•  Provides the necessary technical support to eliminate abnormal conditions affecting the aircraft or their components in order to restore them to operation.
•  Respond to requests from maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve issues
•  Prepares technical documentation to implement technical measures, providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections or other maintenance activities that benefit aircraft/department objectives and management guidelines.
•  Maintains knowledge of current and pending regulations affecting areas of responsibility and ensures  all design activities comply with applicable regulations.
