DESCRIPTION:

This position provides the inflexibility of either working from home, or working in our office.

As an Over the Counter Health results (OTCHS) Call Center Agent, you’re responsible for icing superior service for our members and Health Plan mates. In your part, you’ll admit incoming calls, process member orders and resolution orders, perform order shadowing, and duly document member lines. Offline work will include data entry, back orders and outbound calls as demanded.
