 SOR duties and liabilities include but aren’t limited to
  • Support standard work to achieve On Time and safe performance
  • Responsible for detention forestallment and cancel impact mitigation, through issue resolution, or escalation to station leadership as needed
  • Primary functional contact for all internal and external mates
  • Prepare and collect flight departure paperwork as demanded, inspection and train flight paperwork and energy service records
  • Support and help in planning and coordinating irregular operations including Long Tarmac Delay situations and reporting
  • help in arranging passenger protection, ground transportation, hostel lodgment and related services during irregular operations
  • Support client and baggage collaboration
  • Plan and manage gate and remote parking
  • Advise kitchen or original caterer of flight mess boarding conditions
  • Update Flight Information in all applicable programs
  • Issue instruction and guidance to aircraft
  • Station Operations is a specialty area, thus campaigners for this position must be trained or willing to be trained in Station Operation processes and programs. All SOR’s will need to come and maintain Jet Bridge qualified.
  • The position will bear multi-tasking in communicating and coordinating with multiple parties including the NOC, original field authority and working with multiple systems including streamlining the IOM, FID defenses and streamlining original briefings and Microsoft brigades information.
  • In addition, an SOR may perform other client service duties as assigned and may perform other functions within the compass of their duties to meet station operating requirements.
  • An SOR who has completed one time of service in the bracket may be needed to give instruction and on the job training to workers of the same or lower groups covered by this Agreement.
  • Day Trades SOR Agents are limited to trade off their shifts to only good SOR Operations Agents within MSY
 Qualifications
 Needed
  • High academy parchment/ GED original
  • Strong communication( verbal and spoken)
  • Two times of client Service Agent, Ramp Service Employee, or affiliated work involving field operations
  • Come Ground Security fellow( GSC) and Complaint Resolution Functionary( CRO) good
  • A necessity is to be flexible and willing to work any shift in a 24 hour/ 7 day a week operation including weekends, nights, and leaves
  • Must be fairly authorized to work in the United States without backing.
  • Successful completion of interview needed in addition to meeting minimum job qualifications
  • Reliable, immediate attendance
