As a Digital Design Manager, you …
- Be well versed in UX design and research principles, able to create user journeys and iterative design, digital menus in stores, email and digital advertising. Passionate about learning all things digital, especially online, in-store digital, email and digital advertising – any coding or development experience is a plus.
- Create digital design systems, design templates and component libraries
- Make design decisions with a deep understanding of the customer’s personality, business goals, and qualitative and quantitative data. Work closely with marketing team members, stakeholders and engineers to create concepts that meet their goals and expectations
- Translate marketing strategy into compelling models, layouts and concepts. Set a high bar for digital storytelling that continually engages our customers
- You have a solid understanding of digital design principles and best practices (eg typography, color theory, layout, information hierarchy)
We want to hear from people who have:
- 6-10 years of mobile and/or web design experience at consumer or agency sites
- Experience user planning systems and design based on data, product and research inputs
- A portfolio that demonstrates your contribution to the creation of interactive consumer experiences and demonstrates originality, innovation and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and understanding, ability to think strategically about how design systems and patterns work, effective automation and engineering systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud product (prior web app/platform and CS software experience required) (Adobe Experience Manager Assets experience is a plus)
- Expert in modern design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin
