As a Senior Process Engineer you will:
- Appreciates the benefits of new design technology and improved methods in manufacturing operations. Integrates design principles and resolves technical barriers to specific process problems.
- Use logic in problem solving and alternative analysis to evaluate the financial and operational impact of business initiatives. Evaluate critical information to make effective decisions or recommendations.
- Develop and implement technical plans for specific technical functions to improve efficiency, increase capacity and reduce costs. Build operational (operations, maintenance and design) consensus on complex projects and initiatives.
- Perform general plant process design work. Facilitates the development of strong working relationships.
- Collaborate on maintenance, operations, quality and design.
- Develop and implement improved processes to measure, analyze and improve equipment performance and prioritize plant performance improvement projects.
- Collaborate and guide maintenance and operations partners to optimize process control systems and continuously incorporate new information developed to improve performance.
- Use the Data Historian frequently to identify trends in process health and stability.
