As a Segmentation Strategist – AAPI Guest Assortment, you become an expert on customer data and insights to create strategies for your business. In this role, you will work closely with key partners in sales, space and presentation, marketing, diversity and inclusion, research and planning to promote and drive the brand’s AAPI guest assortment strategy. You will use your experience in strategy and leadership, planning and execution to develop and implement ideas and strategies related to AAPI guests. Manage annual financial planning by forecasting campaign-level needs, collaborating to measure success, and identifying when/where expansion is needed.
