The Director of Enterprise Insights reports to the Senior Director of Guest & Audience Insights and is responsible for understanding enterprise customers based on who they are, how they buy and what they think. The team will make strategic business decisions on growth partners, based on a deep understanding of the customer base. Work with direct reports to ensure that business issues/opportunities are clearly articulated, assumptions based on processes and procedures are developed, and actions are taken as best as possible to provide trade-offs and constraints (such as budget, time, trade-offs). , communicate information in a way that affects business decisions.
