Full Job Description:

Rambi’s customer service representatives work 20-40 hours per week in shifts. Duties include bending, stooping, twisting, standing and walking. Duties are repetitive, such as loading and stacking bags and working in confined spaces and on knees for long periods of time during aircraft waste collection. Sometimes these tasks are performed in severe weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, to name a few).

  Summary of Responsibilities (does not include all duties):

  •  Safely lift, load, unload and transport packages, mail and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to ensuring timely connections by directing inbound and outbound aircraft from  gate locations. Protects cargo, package and mail from damage, loss and weather.
  •  Move and operate ground equipment such as skid steers, loaders and  tractors safely in congested areas.
  •  Repeatedly lift and load packages into carts  to ensure each bag reaches its destination.
  •  Use baggage scanners and computers to ensure that baggage and cargo are properly routed  to the passenger’s destination.
  •  Practices safety conscious behavior in all work processes and procedures.
