The minimum starts at $28.88/hour, going up to $67.11/hour: pension pay increases in addition to payment for language skills, leadership and international travel. Specific Training: To begin your career, you will begin your 6.5-week training in Houston, Texas, where you will learn United customer service and safety standards. . Upon completion of this training, you will be onboarded as a full-time employee and assigned to one of our seven locations: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, or Washington Dulles. One of the other workers in the place (replacement money not provided). United provides $140 per day for training, including accommodations, breakfast, and lunch.

Qualifications and requirements include:

Be 20 or older at the time of application
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 or more years of college studies preferred
Experience in a service industry (such as customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, aviation, security, human services, medical/medical or grease)
Effective communication is essential in stressful situations such as flight evacuations, security threats, delays, medical emergencies, extreme weather and heat.

Ability to work effectively on electronic devices (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) to accomplish important tasks

Physical possession of a valid US passport or foreign passport with a valid visa and the right to travel abroad without restriction. Passports must be in good condition and have at least 18 months of validity remaining at the time of application. It is not enough to apply for a passport or wait for a passport to be returned to meet the requirements. There may be a long wait to get your passport and you should have your passport with you before you start crew training.

English proficiency;

The following secondary languages are spoken and used at United: Arabic, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Tagalog. Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, reaching, lifting heavy objects (for example, moving luggage overhead or out of windows), pushing and pulling goods from trucks (up to 250 pounds)

Ability to reach at least 82 inches vertically without shoes to access safety equipment
Able to sit in a jump seat while carrying a seat and shoulder strap

Trainees must perform a water evacuation drill (pool) during training.

Tips on How to face the interview:

Do not take any tension about the interview. Just be relax
When a question is asked to you by Interviewer. Listen to the question properly and take 2-3 seconds, then start your answer. Keep the length of your answer short and try to raise your point in that short answer. It happens most of the time when you do not know the answer. In that condition just say ‘Sorry Sir/Ma’am’.
Do not make your face awkward and do not swing your hand many times in the air.
Your dress needs to be neat and clean. It does not mean you should buy new clothes.
When You leave the interview office. Just Say ‘thanks’ to your interviewer with a small smile
