In this role, you must have the passion and ability to wear multiple hats and collaborate with the design, engineering, operations and analytics teams in the product and customer service organization and our partners to deliver the best platform experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide product management guidance for our knowledge and content management systems, including functions/features, pipelines, APIs and integrations.
- Help define strategy, gather requirements, clarify priority, identify dependencies, reduce risks and obstacles, communicate and create an action plan. Collaborate with each CS functional team to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.
- Manage the development and delivery of product features in close collaboration with our teams of engineers and data scientists.
- Understand the potential differences in support expectations in different regions of the world and tailor your experience accordingly.
- Extend product management responsibilities to other tools based on business needs.
- Repeat the unique Netflix culture
What we are looking for:
- 5 years of experience in product management of consumer or household products.
- Ability to make difficult decisions based on both information and judgment.
- Focus on providing a great customer and agent experience. Proven track record of projects that have measurably improved customer and agent experiences.
- Manage and influence an organization without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: excellent notes and presentations, ability to build trust and build partnerships cross-functionally are essential
- Ability to inspire, motivate and guide designers and engineers
- Previous experience with KMS/CMS products, either third-party or in-house
- Previous work experience in customer service
- Previous experience in quality system tasks is considered an advantage
- Experience working with global products is also considered an advantage
