About this role:
Wells Fargo International Solutions Private Ltd’s Centralized Credit Initiatives (CCIT) team is seeking a strong and motivated candidate for the Business Development role. This role offers the opportunity to join a central team focused on credit risk that provides critical oversight of specific credit programs and activities in the credit market. The team began to focus on: i) the Y14Q secondary review process. To reduce the risks associated with data entered into the Loan Validation Tool (LVT), a secondary review will be performed to verify the data entered into LVT. Match source data. This second review is done by looking at the quality of CCIT accreditation and (ii) the existing accreditation process, etc

In this role, you will:
- Participate in the planning and execution of various programs, services and initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and control of projects or business groups.
- Review initiatives, including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements, and perform periodic reviews to verify quality of results and cost savings. · Receives advice from managers and uses independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices and guidelines.
- Responsible for quality review of certificates performed by employees during the day. · Make regular calls with LOBs regarding performance and conduct secondary reviews.
- Risk-based monitoring to identify and reduce operational risks resulting from inappropriate or failing processes, people, processes or external factors, or to monitor unsafe operations. · Participate in risk management programs and projects and provide strategic advice and support to identify and mitigate operational risks in the business.
Eligibility criteria:
- Masters/Professional Training in Finance. · 5+ years of experience in the corporate sector with exposure to credit risk management teams or processes.
- Good understanding of financial statements and financial analysis. · Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Displayed to identify learnings and value additions in processes/operations.
- · Analyze and interpret various data to adjust risk according to data policy.
- Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, exposure to macros may be an added advantage.
