Responsibilities:
- Assists managers and directors in the high-quality implementation of the annual audit plan according to the MA methodology
- Perform audit planning activities such as developing risk and control matrices, data analysis of key audited processes, drafting key messages to audit stakeholders and preparing document request lists.
- Conduct fieldwork by conducting control tests through survey, data analytics, observation and re-enactment and documenting results in working papers
- Prioritize audit procedures by thinking strategically and understanding business processes in the broader context of business operations
- Determine the impact of audit findings, such as audit weaknesses, on financial statements, operations and branding.
- Articulate well-written, concise and clear audit findings and assist managers and directors in implementing audit reports
- Build effective relationships and work closely with audit stakeholders across all business units of the company
- Support managers and directors in departmental initiatives related to MA Project Management Office, annual audit planning, audit quality assessment and departmental budget
- Quickly develop and understand Disney culture and corporate structures
- Obtain and use historical information about the department’s audit work to draw on the department’s internal experience for future audits
Undergraduate Degrees:
- At least 3 years work experience in auditing and/or accounting
- Ability to travel up to 25-40% (domestic and international) if business travel is ongoing
- Excellent team player with good communication and organizational skills
- You have a high energy level, determination and a strong work ethic
- You can work in a flexible team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
