IT asset management (ITAM) includes the collection of inventory, financial, and contract information to manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle. ITAM relies on powerful systems with tools to supplement manual processes. Capture and consolidate auto discovery/inventory, financial and contractual data into a central repository for all IT assets enabling accountability to manage vendors and software and asset management from request to retirement, monitoring performance assets throughout their life cycle. . Responsibility

Design, develop, implement and document asset management processes, procedures and tools.
Identify, configure and map relationships between software, hardware, licenses and other critical IT assets.
Collect and interpret asset data and work closely with external teams and vendors to ensure data accuracy.
Developed processes and procedures for ITAM deployment.
Software asset management support, including registration, vendor management, license reconciliation, support audits, and good job software project management
Provide expertise and leadership for the development and implementation of ITAM solutions.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance.
Manage the movement of assets, their data, their state and their relationship to each other (eg software to hardware or hardware to software).
Review purchase orders and support acquisitions and reconciliations for asset purchases.
Review assets and create new assets if needed.
Promoted product sales and reconciliation.
Work closely with external teams and vendors to collect asset data to ensure accuracy.
Support IT project and delivery teams by providing oversight, guidance, project closure and asset coordination services.
Checked IT Asset Management (ITAM) data for accuracy and reproducibility of discrepancies.
Support for US and Canadian computer and software products.
Software product management support including upgrade list, vendor management, license reconciliation, support audits and software managers maintain good performance.
Identify opportunities for streamlining and increasing efficiency through continuous process improvement. research
Working knowledge of asset lifecycle management or systems and processes.
Working knowledge of Costco financial and accounting processes.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow / CARTS system.
Excellent work skills.
Demonstrates the ability to conduct thorough and efficient research.
Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, word processing tools and Costco’s internal financial system.
Must have good analytical, problem solving and customer service skills.
Must have a positive attitude, ability to work independently and self-motivated with a quick mindset.
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with suppliers and at all organizational levels at Costco.
Happy to teach and train; Relationships between groups.
Understanding of the Costco market.
Experience in successfully managing multiple projects and operations.
