DESCRIPTION:
Manage a team of equipment maintenance technicians responsible for equipment availability and performance. Perform preventive maintenance and repair on a variety of electromechanical, robotic and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. Develop and adhere to maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility. Perform engineering and manufacturing support activities including 5S and Lean manufacturing operations, material handling improvements, production line configuration and safety measures. Manage workload with a positive attitude as a hands-on team player in a collaborative work environment. This person must be able to build on past successes and take our maintenance team to the next level. They must be able to work with cross-functional teams and department managers to resolve concerns and issues affecting part quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, equipment maintenance, etc. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. , which demonstrates its ability to be an innovator and agent of change.

- This is a hands-on leadership role. Workforce management: daily line support; maintenance and repair of internal equipment; holiday schedule; OT and weekend work schedules
- Dividing tasks and giving instructions to the team
- Development of the standard and creation of methods and methods
- Project management: both in-house maintenance projects and small contractor projects
- Procedures and PMs, develop and maintain appropriate documentation of all necessary procedures; periodic maintenance works; equipment changes (electrical, backup upgrades, mechanical)
- Assists with budgeting and reporting
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts. Identify and order required parts, maintain tracking system.
- Training and management of young care workers

- 5 years of management and supervisory work experience
- BS/MS in Engineering or Physics preferred or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability
