The brokerage specialist also performs data  functions for record submission, classification and creation, tracking and monitoring of record requirements.  Basic tasks

•  When deploying the client, check the data for completeness
•  Prepare import documents to ensure timely release and delivery of orders

 BASIC STUDIES

• Direct interface with general construction  contractors during  pre-construction, bidding, contract, execution and project closeout/stamper phases.
• Create Requests for Construction (RFP) and Scope of Work (SOW)
• Negotiate with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals in detail and accurately.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Management of construction projects for individual projects aimed at increasing the flexibility of our data centers.   Constructability estimates for civil, structural, electrical and mechanical projects related to building new data centers or optimizing existing data centers.
• Management of construction documents including review of solicitations, RFIs, change orders and invoices.
• Total project quality, including implementation support and integrated system testing, as well as project implementation control.
• Concurrent management of multiple projects, including construction of new data centers  and capital improvement projects related to existing data centers.
• Operational support for installed facilities, including review of procedures, best practices and maintenance initiatives.   Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.
• leads teams in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Be a leader in the data center support group and internal and external teams.
