•  Communicate consistent policy and procedural messages to support financial advisor, back office, investor and internal sales inquiries to ensure service excellence.
• Assist distribution partners in processing investment paperwork, ensuring everything is received in good order. This includes dealing with financial advisors, broker/dealers and other financial institutions.
• Performs advanced analysis to identify and resolve work processing problems while examining processes to improve work efficiency.
• Refine daily trades for potential trade errors that could result in a win/loss scenario or cancel chargebacks. Approve or prepare reporting for ad hoc management requests.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business operations and gathering information to evaluate and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualification and experience

•  We require a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or communications.
