The Director of Video and Visual Design is responsible for setting the strategy for the Enterprise Communications Creative division, which includes leading the video content team for Target’s own internal and external brands and important company meetings. , overseeing all graphic design and managing the creative process for the development of the platform, including website design, magazine design and the creation of a digital hub / microsite. Manages internal creative teams, including video and graphic designers, as well as agencies and freelancers to support the creative development of major external projects and corporate meetings. Working with content planners, we manage all aspects of the video production process, including resource management, freelance support and production scheduling, to ensure video production is on budget and on time. . Lead your team to deliver key video content and video strategies that build Target’s brand and reach key audiences in multiple ways. About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required as a minimum. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a team leader with a proven track record of success and excellence

- Experience in producing different types of films, from narrative shorts to documentaries, and ability to work with internal and external teams to create them.
- You should be familiar with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro, and have a proven knowledge of graphics and color.
- Working knowledge of lighting and technology for studio and commercial production
- Must have knowledge of digital media and content environment.
- You have experience working on social media platforms and can edit content on any platform.
