DESCRIPTION:

Health Concierge is the face of Aetna to give targeted, substantiated service grounded on a holistic view of the member, benefits, health information, and through engagement. Handles client service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, web- converse or written correspondence. Engages, consults and educates members grounded upon the member’s unique requirements, preferences and understanding of Aetna plans, tools and coffers to help guide the members along a clear path to watch. Utilizes coffers to help guests in understanding factors of the Aetna products including claims, accumulators, operation and balances, and cost sharing. Answers questions and resolves issues as a “ single- point- of- contact ” grounded on phone calls, plan guarantors, PSS/ ISO, members and providers.

  • Provides customized commerce grounded on client preference and personalized requirements, creating an emotional connection with our members by understanding and engaging the member to the fullest.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base periodic full- time payment for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The factual base payment offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, terrain and other applicable factors.
