Crucial liabilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from the Foreign Language office (FLD) that include reserving global planners and answering inquiries from guests
- Efficiently handle special requests; help all guests including those with disabilities using united guidelines
- Apply client service and deals ways to effectively address client needs
- Constantly deliver a standard- setting product to our guests
- Maintain statistical excellence in all areas to support productivity pretensions
- Be responsible for all listed telephone time to meet service position pretensions
- Maintain an ergonomically correct work area
- Starting Hourly pay envelope$16.18/ Hour (Houston) and$16.40/ Hour (Chicago) grounded on the Passenger Service Agreement Contract.

Qualifications
- What’s demanded to succeed( minimal Qualifications)
- Must retain a high academy parchment/ GED or original
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)( language assessment test will be administered)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be 18 times of age or aged
- Must be flexible to work any shift within a 24- hour period including days, nights, weekends, and leaves
- suitable to attend a full- time( 8 ½ hour) training class within a 24- hour period at our reservations center in North Houston, TX Or Chicago, IL
- Excellent written and verbal communication chops
- Excellent listening chops
Former client service experience needed
- Must have experience using computers, including MS Outlook and Office Communicator( Instant Messaging), Skype, brigades
- Must be fairly authorized to work in the US for any employer without backing
- Successful completion of interview needed to meet job qualifications
- Reliable, immediate attendance is a pivotal function of the position
- Must agree to follow all established united programs including those set up within the Working Together Guidelines, Reservations Handbook, Drug and Alcohol Policy, and other applicable United programs and rules
- Must be suitable to pass a 10- time security background check
