In this part, you’ll be aiding members with their drugstore benefit plans. You’ll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding tradition insurance, drug content and correspondence order conventions so that our members more understand their content and options. Through your chops and knowledge, you’ll offer the results demanded to help simplify their health care experience. We offer Work from Home inflexibility if you meet the criteria. Work from Home criteria includes but isn’t limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed conditions, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance are needed in this part.
We’ve a comprehensive training program to insure your success on the platoon. This includes onsite training of over to 6 weeks. Training is created to allow you to witness hands on literacy while also interacting with coaches, tone- paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1! Training position can vary by individual experience with onsite and WFH positions.
Schedule options are designed to produce a flexible work schedule for those balancing precedences in and outside of work. We’re presently offering full time schedules ranging from 30- 40 hours per week. Days out and hours may vary, though you’ll have a set schedule.
