DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will lead the organization of the data language ecosystem in the Core Data Data Foundation. The Data Language Ecosystem team is responsible for the development and coordination of Google’s data language ecosystem and the ecosystem around it.

The core team develops the technology behind Google’s flagship products. We are the owners and advocates of Google’s core content, development platform, products, and processes. It is important to be efficient, secure and consistent for users and to make changes for all developers. We review Google products to create centralized solutions, remove technology barriers, and improve existing systems. As a key team, we have the right and only opportunity to influence important decisions across the company. The salary range in the United States for this full-time position is $271,000 to $399,000 + bonus + stock + benefits. The pay scale is determined by role, level and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires for the position across all locations in the United States. To a large extent, a person’s salary is determined by job location and other factors, including job skills, experience, and education or training. Responsibility

Within the Core Data organization, lead the organization’s growth engineering responsibility for the data ecosystem team to develop and execute the Core Data strategy to create a diverse environment , fair and inclusive. Evolve data ecosystem strategy and direction to help align team goals with core data.
Redesign or support Google on existing platforms, or create products and platforms to extend the process to meet the needs of Google stakeholders. It provides the vision, strategy, and execution to provide a consistent, secure, and effective language and APIs for working with Google’s data that accelerate Google’s product innovation.
Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring and development.
