About You:

• 4-year degree; Degree in construction, engineering or architecture preferred
• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with development processes, business models and best practices
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and operational tasks with emphasis on forecasting, budgeting and planning
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
