DESCRIPTION:
The Tesla Body Repair Program is looking for a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist to work for one of the most advanced vehicle brands in the world. This position includes supporting Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its authorized collision program.

- Maintenance of work schedule
- Communication between customer requirements experts and the Body Shop
- Preparing the vehicle for arrival
- Arrival of WARP and CCC management
- Customer communication and expectations
- Rental coordination and delivery
- Vehicle status updates

what you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in the collision industry.
- A trade school certificate in collision repair is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving experience with at least 2 years of driving experience and can be insured.

- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
